Self Parking Cars

There are many ‘self parking cars’ on the market today but is parking so difficult that this is actually a valid reason to buy a specific model. The ford focus now has the ability to park itself, however, not many people feel comfortable enough using the system, because you’re no longer in control of the vehicle.

There’s no doubt that the parking system works, and it could be beneficial if you’re attempting to make your way into a tight spot in London, but who’s to say when these sensors will stop working? It should not necessary be a feature that you should rely on, but it can come in handy from time to time.

Automatic parking was developed in the 1990s and it’s certainly come on a long way. The only downside is that a damages sensor could mean you end up scratching your car, and perhaps paying out on the insurance for somebody else’s vehicle, so we wouldn’t advise that you make a habit of using it.
